Litigation and creditor work is almost exclusively on an hourly basis, and although my hourly rate is expensive, I believe that my experience and efficiency lead to cost effective results. For creditors, I can provide services ranging from inquiring into the nature and status of a local filing, to complete relief from stay, dischargeability and other litigation.
